At Esker Studio, we want you to feel confident trying our design membership.

Try It for a Week
You can explore the membership risk-free for the first 7 days after purchase.
If you feel it’s not the right fit, you may request a refund within this period.

Refund Eligibility

• Requests must be made within 7 days of your initial payment

• Eligible refunds will receive 75% of the payment back

• No questions asked during the refund request process
   

After 7 Days
After the 7-day trial period:

• All payments are non-refundable

• Work already completed will be considered delivered

• Membership fees are retained for ongoing access and services

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
