1. Services
Esker Studio provides graphic design and creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Branding and identity design

  • Website wireframes and assets

  • Social media and marketing graphics

  • Creative subscription-based design services

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear and timely project information

  • Supply necessary assets (logos, copy, images, etc.)

  • Respond to feedback requests in a reasonable timeframe

  • Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed

  • Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
     

3. Payments

  • All services must be paid according to the agreed pricing or subscription plan

  • Payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated

  • Work may pause if payment is not received on time

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has begun
     

4. Revisions

  • Revision limits may apply depending on your package or agreement

  • Additional revisions outside the scope may incur extra fees

  • Major scope changes may require a new quote or agreement
     

5. Intellectual Property

  • Final approved designs become the client’s property upon full payment

  • Esker Studio retains the right to display work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed

  • Unused concepts remain the property of Esker Studio
     

6. Cancellations & Termination

  • Clients may cancel services at any time

  • Work completed up to cancellation will be billed accordingly

  • Esker Studio reserves the right to terminate a project if terms are violated or communication breaks down
     

7. No Guarantees
While we strive for high-quality design outcomes, Esker Studio does not guarantee specific business results such as sales, engagement, or growth.
 
8. Liability
Esker Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of delivered designs or services.
 
9. Third-Party Tools
We may use tools such as Wix, Trello, Google Drive, Stripe, or similar platforms. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.
 
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
